ROCKY HILL — There were no reported injuries in a Friday morning fire in the laundry room of a house, according to officials.
Units responded to a Laura Lane residence around 9:40 a.m. Friday.
Fire Chief Michael Garrahy was the first one on scene and immediately called in mutual aid from Cromwell and Wethersfield.
Crews found an active fire in a second-floor laundry room. The blaze was extinguished without any injuries to firefighters or occupants, fire officials said.
The last fire units cleared from the scene around 11 a.m.
