Dry Creek Baptist Camp in Beauregard Parish is providing a free laundry service for residents in need.
The service is being provided by community volunteers.
The site will operate from Fri, Sep. 4 until further notice. Washing will be from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
"Use the laundry to service to bless people in the community in need" said Todd Burnaman.
The laundry site can process around 25 loads of laundry a day.
Dry Creek Baptist Camp is asking people to bring one load per household a day and to call the Camp to be put on a list.
Call 337-884-6989 Tamara Perkins Cooley to be added to the list.
Those who wish to use the site should bring laundry in a basket with their contact information on it, and have laundry sorted.
Laundry soap is provided through donations while supplies list, but donations of liquid laundry soap are welcomed.
