PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating after a body was found inside a laundry bag in the Tacony section.
Police described the body as that of a "small-framed" person.

The discovery was made around 7:25 a.m. Friday on the 6900 block of Edmund Street.
